Cycle time fell again to 3.8d, the fastest in the series, on the highest-volume week since June (19 issues). But points-per-issue is low (~1.1) and 37% of shipped work was urgent or bug, so the speed partly reflects many small reactive items flowing quickly rather than large roadmap items. Flow counts Done since 21.7.

Noteworthy · DR drill

First DB backup restoration drill. Expected downtime ~4:48 min; 22 min from start until an engineer fully validated the restored backup. First run of the recovery path and a solid baseline to improve against.

Reactive work is now a trend, not noise. 7 of 19 shipped (37%) were urgent or bug, rising six weeks straight (1 → 1 → 3 → 3 → 4 → 7). Either more is breaking upstream, or fixes are cleared fast while roadmap waits. The 3.8d cycle time supports the second - small items flow quickly and pull the average down. Worth deciding which before it sets the quarter.
Read the throughput spike with care. 19 issues and 21 points is the biggest output since June, but points-per-issue is only ~1.1, so this is volume of small tickets as much as roadmap progress. Impressive on the chart, but not the same as shipping large features.
Pharmacy config is productising. The Fritz Apotheke Saturday-only-Uber case became QG-936 (admin toggle) and QG-937 (schedule-based) - per-pharmacy availability moving from ad-hoc requests to a real setting. The duplicate-strain deletion is the same product-data-hygiene theme as last week's CSV pack-size fix.
